When you are a tenant of Dogwood Property Management, the service does not stop once you sign your lease. To make your renting experience enjoyable, we provide numerous time saving tools.

Maintenance Requests

You can now call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with maintenance requests! Our maintenance line is (252) 228-4562.

You can still submit maintenance requests online, too! Please log in to your tenant portal to submit online maintenance requests.

Paying Your Rent

Rent is due by the 1st of the month and considered late if received after 11:59PM on the 5th. If rent is received after this time, you will incur a late fee equal to 5% of the monthly rent. Failure to pay rents by the 11th can result in additional fees and the initiation of legal proceedings. However, we aim to make it as easy as possible to pay your rent quickly and easily.

The easiest way to pay your rent is through the Tenant Portal. You can setup one-time and recurring payments for FREE by using your bank account information. You can also use your credit or debit card, but you will need to pay a convenience fee charged by our payment processor.

If you wish to pay with cash, Dogwood will provide you with a reusable PaySlip that you can use at 7-Eleven and CVS to pay your rent with cash. There is a $3.99 processing fee for each transaction up to $2,000 ($1,500 for 7-Eleven). The PaySlip is available through your Tenant Portal or you can contact our office to use your unique and reusable PaySlip.
