- Our web page provides 24 hour marketing of your vacant property and syndicates to dozens of third-party sites.
- Supply rental applications and all other documents necessary to meet North Carolina’s landlord/tenant laws and federal fair housing laws.
- Conduct thorough background and credit checks of all prospective tenants.
- Ensure property is managed in accordance with applicable municipal, county, state and federal law.
- Rent collection and disbursement through direct deposit
- Fully account for all deposits and maintain tenant security deposits in a federally-insured trust account.
- Notify clients prior to any excessive expenses regarding their property.
- Ensure all required maintenance is done in a timely manner.
- Provide convenient account access 24 hours per day through our online Owner Portal
- Disburse all tenant deposit refunds and supply required documentation.
- All collected rent and deposits are maintained in a client's trust account, subject to periodic auditing.
